You may already have read our Terms & Conditions however to avoid disappointment please read the following:

If you are registered into a Course

• We will be disappointed for you if you must miss any of your group or private lessons however there are NO MAKEUPS or CREDITS for lessons or session you miss for any reason.
• We hope you are able to attend your lessons or sessions for the full duration of your course however if you need to withdraw from a course prior to its completion you must complete a Withdrawal Form giving us 30 days notice of your withdrawal and a withdrawal fee may be charged.

If you have purchased a pass plan

• You cannot cancel nor withdraw from a Pass Plan and valid entries not used within the validity period will expire.
