If you are looking to buy a Pass Plan to undertake an activity at the Terrey Hills Swim Centre please take a moment to read the following information:

Registration and Payment

• We sell Pass Plans that allow the holder casual entry into Adult Fitness activities.
• All Pass Plans are available for a specific period and /or a specific number of valid entries.
• Pass Plans are not transferable between individuals. You cannot cancel or return a Pass Plan. If your membership of the Swim School is cancelled for whatever reason all Pass Plans you hold are also cancelled, and you are not entitles to any refund of fess.
• You may exchange your current Pass Plan for another current Pass Plan of equal or greater value.
• You can transfer from a Pass Plan to a Course of lessons at any time and you can put your Plan on hold should you be unable to swim for a period of time. However, you cannot withdraw from a Pass Plan and valid entries not used within the validity period will expire.
• To buy a Pass Plan you will need to have completed a Membership Application Form online. If you are ONLY A PASS PLAN swimmer you can select the Pass Plan option on the form .
