If you are currently booked into Group swimming lessons this term and you wish to be rebooked into your courses for next term YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING NOW, we will contact you. Please note that this does not apply to Private Swimming Lessons. If you wish to change the details of the credit card or bank account that you wish us to use please click HERE.

If you are not currently booked into swimming lessons this term or you are booked into Private swimming lessons this term you do need to rebook for next term. To request a booking for next term we may require you to have an assessment and you will need to complete a Booking Request Form.

We require that you have a swimming assessment if you fall into one of the following categories:

Category 1

  • You are a new customer to the Terrey Hills Swim School, and
  • You are younger than 36 months, and
  • Your parent or guardian does not wish to be in the water with you for your lesson.

Category 2

  • You are a new customer to the Terrey Hills Swim School, and
  • You are older than 36 months and younger than 18 years.

Category 3

  • You are an existing customer of the Terrey Hills Swim School, and
  • You are younger than 36 months, and
  • Your parent or guardian does not wish to be in the water with you for your lesson, and
  • You have not swum with us in the term immediately previous to the term into which you wish to book.

Category 4

  • You are an existing customer of the Terrey Hills Swim School, and
  • You are older than 36 months, and
  • You last swam with us in our Learn to Swim (middle) Pool either in the Term or the School Holiday program immediately previous to the term into which you wish to book.

Category 5

  • You are an existing customer of the Terrey Hills Swim School, and
  • You are older than 36 months, and
  • You last swam with us in our Squad (25m) or Mini Squad (top) Pool in either the Term or the School Holiday program no more that two terms previous to the term into which you wish to book.

If you are required by the above to have an assessment but you chose not to and you complete a Booking Request Form, you could MISS OUT on a class because of the resulting delay. To book an assessment, telephone our reception on 9486 3941. Our assessments fee is $10 per person or $20 for a family. You will need to bring your cap and goggles to the assessment.
