General Information - Swim School Calendar
Terrey Hills Swim School runs Learn to Swim classes on a continuous, perpetual, monthly basis. This means that you sign up for the day and time of your choice until you choose to stop and allows you to join our classes any time during the year. During the School Holidays we run additional Intensive School Holiday Programs over five day weeks.
Our Learn to Swim classes are offered seven days per week with Saturday classes running from 7:30am to 1:00pm and Sunday classes running from 8:00am to 11:00am. Competitive and adult squads run Monday to Saturdays throughout the year.
Our fitness classes together with our adult and competitive squad sessions run throughout the year.
The swim school is closed on Saturdays and Sundays during school holidays.

Instead of paying for a whole term in advance, (sometimes 3 months of lessons) your lesson fees are debited monthly and your booking is maintained perpetually from month to month, term to term and year to year.
Fees for swimming lessons and squads are paid monthly by direct debit each month. Fees for swimming lessons and squads will be paid by direct debit on the third Monday of each month for lessons for the following calendar month.
If you choose to withdraw from lessons you will just need to submit an online withdrawal form no later than two (2) business days prior to the next direct debit date.

Terms and Conditions
Payment for Monthly Group Class Bookings is strictly via an approved direct debit from a personal bank account or credit card facility. Swim School Members with Monthly Group Class Bookings authorise Terrey Hills Swim School to store the details of their nominated payment method in a secure location and take payment from the nominated payment method in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Monthly Group Class Bookings will not be confirmed by Terrey Hills Swim School unless details are provided and stored for an approved direct debit from a personal bank account or credit card facility.
Swim School Members will automatically retain their Monthly Membership every month immediately after their direct debit payment has been received.
By remaining continuously financial through this process, Swim School Members automatically retain their Monthly Group Class Booking until such time as they:
1) withdraw from their Monthly Group Class Booking/s or
2) become unfinancial.

Withdrawal from a Class
If your circumstances change and you would like to withdraw from a class or classes please complete and submit the online Withdrawal Form no later than two (2) business days before the next debit date.
Please note that we are unable to issue credits or refunds for missed or unused classes for which payment has been made in advance for the current debit period. If we do not receive a withdrawal form your lesson/squad bookings will be automatically retained for the following month and payment will be processed via direct debit using the payment details recorded on your account.
Once you have submitted the Withdrawal Form we will withdraw you or the family members from a class or classes as specified in the Withdrawal Form. Your withdrawal will be confirmed via email. Please note that once you withdraw your preferred time and day may not be available should you decide to re-join at a later date.
Once you submit the withdrawal form we will be unable to move your lesson booking for which the withdrawal applies. This includes if your child is promoted between the date you submit the withdrawal form and your cancellation date.
Our policy to report all non-attendances is via the PARENT PORTAL. This covers sickness, holidays and other commitments.
