Payment Procedures

Swim School Calendar

Terrey Hills Swim School runs Learn to Swim classes on a continuous, perpetual, monthly basis. This means that you sign up for the day and time of your choice until you choose to stop and allows you to join our classes any time during the year. During the School Holidays we run additional Intensive School Holiday Programs over five day weeks.

Our Learn to Swim classes are offered seven days per week with Saturday classes running from 7:30am to 1:00pm and Sunday classes running from 8:00am to 11:00am. Competitive and adult squads run Monday to Saturdays throughout the year.

Our fitness classes together with our adult and competitive squad sessions run throughout the year.

The swim school is closed on Saturdays and Sundays during school holidays.

Fee Schedule

Instead of paying for a whole term in advance, (sometimes 3 months of lessons) your lesson fees are debited monthly and your booking is maintained perpetually from month to month, term to term and year to year.

Fees for swimming lessons and squads are paid monthly by direct debit each month. Fees for swimming lessons and squads will be paid by direct debit on the third Monday of each month for lessons for the following calendar month.

If you choose to withdraw from lessons you will just need to submit an online withdrawal form no later than two (2) business days prior to the next direct debit date.

Pass Plans

Visit or call Reception if you have previously purchased a Pass Plan. If you haven’t purchased a Pass Plan from us before then please click here for more information.

Terms and Conditions

1. Payment for all classes and squads is on a monthly, perpetual basis and debited from your nominated credit card or bank account on the third Monday of each month for the next month’s lessons. If your account cannot be accessed to provide payment your booking will not be held open for you.
2. A Withdrawal Form must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the next Direct Debit to cancel your class or squad booking. Your nominated credit card or bank account will continue to be debited until such formal notification has been received.
3. Class or squad bookings will not be confirmed until payment details for a credit card or bank account are provided and stored.
4. We are unable to provide credits or refunds for missed classes or squads.
5. Makeup classes for non-attendance in a class or squad are managed via the Parent Portal. If a swimmer leaves the Swim School any unused makeup classes will be forfeited. All makeup classes on all portals will be cleared on 30th June and 31st December each year.

We are a Covid Safe Centre and our policies are updated in accordance with NSW Health Guidelines. We ask all customers to adhere to the following:

Make up Lessons & Non Attendance

Make Up Policy

If your child cannot attend their class for any reason, we are happy to offer you a Make Up Lesson, provided our Make Up Policy has been followed.

Make Up Lessons will only be available under the following circumstances:

1. Non-Attendance needs to be advised via the Parent Portal at least one hour prior to the commencement of the scheduled class Booking
2. A Make Up Lesson will then be allocated to your account
3. You will forfeit your Make Up Lesson if you fail to non-attend via the Parent Portal
4. Make Up Lessons can be booked via the Parent Portal up to 24 hours in advance, subject to class availability
5. Make Up Lessons are available to those members who are financial and are booked into Group Classes
6. Make Up Lessons cannot be cancelled or changed
7. Make Up Lessons are not offered for missed Friday Night Race bookings
8. Private Make Up Lessons are in a Group Class only
9. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes
10. In the event of an unscheduled closure of the Swim School that directly affects your class a Make Up Lesson will automatically be put onto your Parent Portal
11. Make-ups will expire on the 30th June and 31st December each year
12. Accounts that are cancelled will forfeit all make-ups.
